Who is to blame NIGERIAN POLICE OR DJSPECIE

Port Harcourt Top DJ, Deejay Splecie drops abusive words over Nigerian police on social network ( Facebook). Can't tell his reasons but We are yet to know if it was on him or another citizen for this strange words.
